We are thrilled to announce that we have been chosen from over 86 countries, to represent England at the Festival International de Musique Universitaire (FIMU) in Belfort, France at the beginning of June 2019. This internationally renowned festival offers a wide range of music from classical to electro pop and jazz across the town over a 4-day period.
Sue Brereton-Banks, Musical Director of Chanteuse has said “It is a privilege and honour to represent Stafford at FIMU. We are excited to perform in the festival, especially as it is the 20th anniversary of the twinning of Stafford with Belfort.”
If you would like to hear us sing before we head off to France, we are performing on Saturday 18th May, 7.30pm at the County Showground as part of the Stafford Music Festival.
